Willie Davis Limited provides complete and thorough management of your building project, from engagement of an architect through to completion. Alternatively we are happy to work with you and your sub-contractors and provide guidance where needed. With every job, we provide different options to suit your budget.
We are closely aligned with a number of reputable architects based in Wellington who can quickly put your ideas in to reality. Depending on the scope of work required this is usually an 8 week process (4 weeks design consultation and 4 weeks for Council consent).
Current building regulations have been relaxed allowing a lot more work to be completed without a building consent. This has made it more affordable to complete work and has removed a lot of the red tape often associated with building.

We can complete all hard landscaping for you from a plan or photos. If you have an idea there is every chance we can build it.

We know how much it takes to maintain a home and we believe in doing it once and doing it right. The key is to keep on top of seasonal maintenance before it’s too late. We can replace rotten weatherboards, windows, and fascia, ease doors, fix locks, and strengthen decks and retaining walls.
