​Willie Davis
Director, Qualified Builder, Licensed Building Practitioner

Willie is the Director of Willie Davis Limited.  He started this company in 2011 after 10+ years working in the building industry.  

Willie has worked on a number of award winning houses in the Master Builders House of the Year.   In 2005 Willie was awarded Apprentice of the Year.

Willie has grown the business over the last 12 years and now employs 2 other qualified builders and 2 apprentices.  Willie Davis Limited is also involved in the Gateway Programme NZ providing an opportunity for Year 11 to 13 learners to experience working in the construction industry.  Willie’s wife Brooke, is also a Director and manages the office and administration of the business.

Willie and Brooke have 3 young children.

Harry McVey
Qualified Builder

Harry started working for Willie Davis Limited as a labourer in 2012 and began his Building Apprenticeship in 2013.  Harry is now an experienced  Qualified Builder and has worked on a number of award winning homes and projects.

Prior to joining Willie Davis Limited, Harry completed a gap year in England working as a Teacher Aide and Sports Coach at Winterfold House School. 


Paul Rudman
Qualified Builder

Paul has been working as a builder for 25+ years.  He joined Willie Davis Limited in 2014 as a Qualified Builder and brings a great deal of wealth and knowledge to the team.  Paul has worked in both the commercial and residential building industry's.

Paul is a keen hunter and fisherman.
